Hi I’m Jessi, Owner and Photographer of Pixelated Memories Photography.
I am a wife to a wonderful man and a mommy to two gorgeous, crazy kids. My love and passion for photography was realized when my oldest was born. I had a seemingly insatiable need to capture her every smile, milestone and just our everyday life. I wanted to be able to remember everything, as it seemed she was growing up so fast. When I finally got my first DSLR camera I dove head first in and read everything i could get my hands on, asked millions of questions and taught myself how to shoot in manual. It was never my goal to have a photography business, I taught myself how to use my camera because photos of my family and friends are priceless to me, and things just seemed to steam roll from there and I’m lucky to be able to call this my “job”, whether I am capturing memories for myself or others, I truly LOVE what I do!
I love photos that capture real moments and the timeless feel of a black and white photograph. Sessions with me are fun and relaxed and I always schedule time into every session for breaks. Whether they are cuddle, snack, playing or potty breaks. I completely understand that people need breaks, especially my littlest clients. I want you to relax and have fun so you can create memories together during your session, while I tag along for the ride capturing the giggles between siblings, the individual personalities and the interactions that make your family both unique and beautiful.

*I live in Abbotsford, BC Canada with my hubby and two kiddies. That’s us above!
*I love everything vintage, shopping, and black and white photos.
*My first DSLR was the Canon T1i, a present from my hubby and kids.
*I love a Starbucks white chocolate mocha and veggie artisan breakfast sandwich in the morning… YUM!
*If we were to meet on the street, I would most likely be wearing skate shoes and a hoodie.
